Colson House is a delightful Grade 2* listed regency building with 8 double rooms, all ensuite. Each room is dedicated and themed around a 20th Century movie icon, so you can select from the romantic four poster room (Clark Gable), the beautiful balcony room (Bette Davis) or maybe Judy Garland, or Marilyn Monroe.... Your choice. Your hosts, Mark and Eamon, will be at your service to make sure your stay is perfect, whether in Brighton for business or pleasure.
Colson House is a 4-star (AA) rated guest house with 8 double rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Mark and Eamon, the owners, pride themselves on the service they offer to their guests. The Grade II listed building was built around 1820, and has a pretty front garden from which you can see the sea. Located in Kemp Town, it is close to everything you are likely to want to see and do in Brighton; the Pier and Royal Pavilion are 5 minutes away; the Conference Centre a 15 minute walk along the seafront; whilst a wide variety of bars, restaurants and clubs are close by. Shopping in the Lanes and North Laine is within easy reach, again within a few minutes' walk. Colson House is fully non-smoking. Colson House can only accept children over 12 and is unable to accommodate animals, other than assistance dogs.
